Meditation has often been described as the ultimate stress-buster.  But you don't have to be stressed to benefit from introducing the practice of meditation into you life;  anyone can benefit from meditation in surprisingly far-reaching ways ...

It certainly will help to calm an over-busy mind and help you feel relaxed for even just 10 or 15 minutes a day, but it also has a positive effect on your whole life.  Because if you're feeling stressed, or negative, then the decisions you make about life will be effected.  When you're feeling calm, balanced, and open-minded, you are more likely to respond to life in a way that supports positive outcomes, creating a greater sense of wellbeing and joy in your life.

This is quite a simplistic view, but I think you'll agree that it helps demonstrate how beneficial mediation can be, beyond the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual benefits.
