Meditation has often been described as the ultimate stress-buster.  But you don't have to be stressed to benefit from introducing the practice of meditation into you life;  anyone can benefit from meditation in surprisingly far-reaching ways ...

It certainly will help to calm an over-busy mind and help you feel relaxed for even just 10 or 15 minutes a day, but it also has a positive effect on your whole life.  Because if you're feeling stressed, or negative, then the decisions you make about life will be effected.  When you're feeling calm, balanced, and open-minded, you are more likely to respond to life in a way that supports positive outcomes, creating a greater sense of wellbeing and joy in your life.

This is quite a simplistic view, but I think you'll agree that it helps demonstrate how beneficial mediation can be, beyond the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual benefits.

So if you haven't tried meditation for yourself yet, this event provides you with the perfect opportunity.

For more information or to book, just get in touch with me via the contact page on this website.

It will be a lovely evening.  I look forward to seeing you there, and helping you create more calmness in your mind, and your life.
